Tofu Scramble
After three long weeks remodeling my
new apartment, finally I had a chance to wake up and prepare my very first
breakfast. J
*Tofu Scrambled: Spinach, tomato, firm
tofu cubes, daiya cheese (lactose and dairy free) all sautéed in coconut
oil.
This is a perfect option for a
vegan-lover! Tofu can substitute eggs perfectly, just add your favorite
ingredients!
